First, I want to tell you about a blog that I stalk pretty religiously...

Kendall Boggs Fine Arts

This is the mom of one of my sister's friends, Jordan. I also stalk Jordan's blog, but that's another story for another day. You should probably check hers out though if you want to see two of the cutest kids ever. I digress. Back Kendall Boggs. Let me tell you, this is one talented woman! She's an artist, designer, cook; among many other things. I love to check out her blog for all of her "do it yourself" projects and recipes. She's also so funny. I love reading all of her stories. Even if you do not know her (which I don't, but kinda feel like I do from reading), you should check it out. She has a way of writing that really invites you into her life. I find myself reading her posts and trying to emulate this warm story-telling style that she has. It's really one of a kind. Anywho, she occasionally hosts contests giving away her artwork or other amazing things that she makes. My sister won one of her beautiful paintings last year, and I've been super jealous ever since. Well, the other day I entered to win this fabulous Rag Top Necklace; and guess what, I WON!!! I am super excited and can't wait to get it in the mail.
