Barbie Bachelorette Bash

Warning: This post is VERY photoey! My amazefest friends took me on a Bachelorette trip this weekend, and it was such a blast. They really worked sooooo hard to make it such a special weekend, and I wouldn't change a thing. I mean if I were another bride, I would have been jealous of my friends!

We stayed at the penthouse of Observation Point right above Rum Runners in San Destin. If you are looking for a good girl's weekend condo, this is it. It was three stories complete with a player piano, a third floor lookout and bar, a wall Ipad for people to Facetime with their kids, and just about everything else you can imagine.
Stepford Wives and Punk Rock Barbie (The Cyndi Lauper Twins)

We had so much fun playing this Justin Jeopardy game where I had to guess Justin's answers to questions.

Being a Barbie with no joints.

They even had our menus personalized at Mitchell's Seafood Market.

The pink Barbie Sunglasses made you feel like you were a GREAT dancer.

Cute Bride tank and beach bag they gave me for the pool.

Ali was such a Preggo trouper!

This arrow was so much fun! I recommend getting one for your friend's bach weekend.

Ali's baby's first kiss!! Love this pic!!

To all my sweet friends who made this such an amazing and memorable weekend, I LOVE YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!!

Strong Bride...

I haven't posted in a while, because I figured I would only post when I had something I really wanted to talk about. Well, I have something new in my life that I love!! I've been trying to figure out some type of fitness schedule that would really change my body. I could join a gym, but let's be honest, I'm probably not going to go long term. I knew I needed something that had small classes and a network that would encourage me to keep it up. My other criteria was just to have something that I felt like REALLY worked. I've done fitness classes in the past that I didn't get too much out of and wanted to make sure that wouldn't be the case again. I absolutely found what I was looking for!

My wedding planner suggested I try Reformer Pilates at Pilates of Jackson. After my first class, I was sore in places that I didn't even know I could be sore in. It was hard, but absolutely possible for me to do this! I felt encouraged and excited about working out!! The instructors and other people in the class were so encouraging. In fact, in my class last Friday, the instructor would look at me every time I was struggling with something and say, "You're a strong bride!" So excited to keep going and see how my body changes!! If you're looking for something new, you should give it whirl too!

Happy Monday!
