Parrots, TwiFreaks and Dreamweavers

I just wanted to write a little bit about what's been going on in the lives of some of the people I love lately. This will also be an opportunity to share some pictures.

First of all, my friend Lindsey and I got to have a spend the night party the other night. Lindsey is one of my best friends from college. She's married and lives in Vicksburg, but we still talk most every day. She is so funny, because she has the funniest sayings. She's my favorite parrot. She finds a saying that she likes and repeats it over and over like a parrot. She gets a very high pitched voice in a lot of situations, which I absolutely love. Oh, and did I mention that she is absolutely beautiful. I kept her Christmas card up for months after December just to see her pretty face.

Now, on to my friend Kristin. She just got a beautiful new car, an Acura MDX. It's a beautiful car, and she deserves it. Kristin is also a very funny friend. I have so many jokes with her that it's not even funny. Well, actually it is pretty funny. I can talk to her about anything. She's a very non-judgemental person with a very understanding nature. I think I understand her better than so many people. As for other random facts, she's an absolute Twilight freak and has the prettiest hair of anyone that I know. This pic is with her mom, who I also love very much. Don't they look so much alike.

My friend Lauren is also one of my favorite friends. She recently moved into one of the coolest, most beautiful houses I've ever seen. It's a 3 story condo, and I'm not so secretly jealous of her! Lauren is my friend who I have the most fun with, but I can also talk to her about ANYTHING.  She is such a great listener and really thinks about the advice she gives out. I really trust her with anything. She's my favorite dreamweaver, and I do not know what life would be like without her. This pic is how I imagine her in my head most of the time.

This is going to be be my new Friday tradition. I have so many wonderful friends, and I will shout out to a couple of them each week. They are great, and I love to share things about them. Below is a pic of all of my college friends minus a few. It's so hard to get a pic of all of us, and this one is pretty old. I seriously  do not know where I'd be without these ladies!! Love y'all!!

Satchels of Gold!?!?!

Wow! I've finally watched the past two episodes of The Real Housewives of New York. All there really is to say is wow. Kelly is certifiably CRAZY!!! Here's a little recap of the events that unfolded leading me to the conclusion that she is completely and utterly nuts...
These two episodes covered the trip that Ramona invited the girls on to celebrate the renewing of her vows. I thought it was pretty nice of her to take them on this all expense paid luxury vacation. Obviously, Bravo took this opportunity to share their favorite recipe for disaster/insane stew. Ingredients: Ramona, Alex, Sonja, Bethenny and Kelly. Directions: Place all ingredients on a beautiful vacation and wait for Kelly to boil. I have noticed for a while that Kelly says things that don't necessarily make sense or fit the context of the conversations going on around her, so I wasn't too surprised at the first thing she said on episode one of this trip. Bethenny was joking when Ramona wanted some wine by saying that she would stomp the grapes in the fridge for her. Seemingly normal comment, huh? Well, not to the Paula Abdul of the Housewives. Kelly goes on the defensive, saying that Bethenny was not allowed to stomp the grapes, because she wanted to eat them. That was just weird. Then as the other women try to explain Bethenny's joke, Kelly tells them that they are making lemonade out of lemons. Huh? Did she mean a mountain out of a mole hill? At this point, she is obviously getting frazzled over the fact that her craziness is beginning to show, so what does she do? She calls ALL the women (not sure what the rest of them did to her) demented and creepy. Was the word creepy really appropriate. The only thing creepy was how all the other women should feel going to bed at night with that lunatic loose on the boat. Then comes my favorite part of this episode, Kelly slams into the door while trying to storm off. I love that Bethenny says, "The humor of that was not lost on me." She has the funniest one-liners.
We kick off episode two of Ramona's trip with Kelly telling Bethenny that she is a cook, not a chef. As Bethenny defends herself by saying that she went to culinary school, Kelly starts saying that Bethenny is a ho bag. She also says that she doesn't actually know whether Bethenny is a cook or a chef. Ummm??? Then why say it? She's nuts, that's why. As the other ladies try to defend Bethenny once again, Kelly does the logical thing. Apologize? You may ask. Nope! She says "Satchels of Gold" under her breath. Well, that's just plain odd. (Also odd, what was up with her and the candy throughout these episodes?) I think at this point, the women just decide to let that one slide. I mean, there are so many to choose from, why pick apart EVERY comment? Speaking of comments, the next thing Kelly does is ask the ladies to write down every complaint that they have, then throw it away. This is clearly a woman who is out of touch with reality and wants to stay that way.
On a positive note, there was a small moment where I thought Kelly might temporarily regain her sanity. When she offered to do the photo shoot for Ramona, I thought this was very sweet of her. Being in her element did actually seem to make her more pleasant. Pleasant that is until Alex's turn to take some pictures. Ok, Alex did have a kind of serious look on her face, but for Kelly to say she was trying to come at her. That's just plain weird and paranoid. Then again, she did say that Alex channels the devil on the previous night. When they get back, they see that Bethenny had brought gift bags. That was pretty nice of her, huh? Well, Vicki the Victim was offended by it. She said it rubbed her the wrong way. Maybe it's just me, but a bag of free stuff has never rubbed me the wrong way.
Moving on to dinner that Bethenny (the cook) prepared for the ladies. Kelly reveals that she feels Bethenny is trying to kill her and sabotage her in the press. This just isn't rational, but wait, it gets way worse. She then accuses Alex of being a vampire. I love how the women tried to get her to make sense of this comment. She claims that Alex revealed the message to Jill with heavy black eye makeup and a pale white face. When the women asked if this meant she was in costume, she said yes. It starts to become very laughable/sad at this point. It's pretty clear she needs to see someone. The night ends with her telling everyone else to zip it and other nonsensical things, so the women decide to stop picking on her. They finally realized this woman had some actual serious problems. I mean what is wrong with her? This can only be made crazier with Jill's surprise visit next week. I love how she's so delusional that she thinks everyone will delighted to see her. I, for one, cannot wait to see the drama unfold. Until then, satchels of gold for everyone!

He Put A Ring On It!!!

I just wanted to give a quick shout-out and congratulations to my friend Whitney, who got engaged this weekend. I am so so so happy for her and Michael. Whitney is one of my sweetest friends, who deserves such a great guy. She definitely found it. She is going to be the absolute best wife in the world. Here are some pics that I stole from her Facebook page to share.

Whitney and Michael

There are two things that I can ALWAYS recognize about Whitney Staggers....
That Face and That Hand

Bye Bye Poonie!

My first job right out of college was working at the State Unit at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of MS. I got to meet some really great people while working there, and one of them was my friend, Rasheda. I am so excited that she is now in Nurse Practitioner School, so we all got together at The Auditorium downtown to celebrate her last day at BCBS. We had so much fun telling stories and spending some much needed time together. Rasheda really is such a special friend. She is one of those people who you can laugh with all day or talk to when you have a problem. She's such a great listener. She's also a great shopping buddy and the pickiest restaurant chooser that I know. She's an amazing mom to her son, Dillon (aka Dill Pickle or Poonie). I am so fortunate to have a friend like her and all of the other girls that were in attendance Friday. Here are some pictures.

I AM...

For today's Monday Top Ten, I thought that I would just do ten simple sentences about myself. This will be pretty short and sweet, since I have a couple other things to write about today.

1. I LOVE spending time with my nephew.
2. I THINK that life is full of surprises.
3. I WISH that someone would do my laundry for me all of the time.
4. I KNOW that this day is going to go by very slowly.
5. I HOPE that I will win the lottery one day.
6. I NEED a nap, or at least I think I need one most all the time.
7. I APPRECIATE the people who read my blog.
8. I WANT an I-Pad.
9. I HAVE the best friends.
10. I AM happy.

I Will Praise You In This Storm

So I was watching this video on YouTube today, and it really touched me. I wanted to share it with you. This girl is awesome!

Casting Crowns - I'll Praise You in This Storm
Lyrics
I was sure by now,God, that You would have reached down
and wiped our tears away,
stepped in and saved the day.
But once again, I say amen
and it's still raining
as the thunder rolls
I barely hear You whisper through the rain,
"I'm with you"
and as Your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise
the God who gives and takes away.
And I'll praise you in this storm
and I will lift my hands
for You are who You are
no matter where I am
and every tear I've cried
You hold in your hand
You never left my side
and though my heart is torn
I will praise You in this storm
I remember when I stumbled in the wind
You heard my cry to You
and raised me up again
my strength is almost gone how can I carry on
if I can't find You
and as the thunder rolls
I barely hear You whisper through the rain
"I'm with you"
and as Your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise
the God who gives and takes away
I lift my eyes onto the hills
where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth
I lift my eyes onto the hills
where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth

I started thinking about the flood victims in Nashville, along with the tornado victims in Yazoo and those dealing with the oil spill on the Coast. It's so hard to see others dealing with such difficult circumstances, yet so inspirational to know that our God has made us human beings with hearts who help each other in times of need. I wanted to post the lyrics of the song, so everyone could really understand its meaning. God gives and takes away, but He holds our hands through every bit of it. I love the line that says, "And every tear I've cried, You hold in Your hand." How great is it to have a God who is with you no matter what. Hope this finds you and your families well, and God bless!

New Monday Tradition

I've stolen this idea from several of my blogger friends. Well, maybe some of them aren't friends as much as they are people that I stalk. Anywho... I've decided to start doing a Top 10 every Monday. It will be on different subjects. I figure this will give me something steady to write about. Today's subject will be the top 10 things that I like and dislike; split 5 and 5 respectively.
Top 5 Likes
1. Home Cooked Food - When we were kids, my mom made dinner every night. I'm not talking shoved something in the microwave or a turkey sandwich; I'm talking meat and two vegetables (most of the time fresh from the garden). This is something that I'm very thankful for in my upbringing. When I was in college, I kind of strayed from this type eating, but now I'm getting back on track. I've started cooking a lot more, and I mostly always want to eat at a home cooking restaurant when I go out. One day, I hope to be able to provide home cooked, semi-delicious meals for my family like my mom did for us.
2. Twins - I've really always been intrigued by twins. I'm even dating an identical twin, who I always quiz about what it's like. I always wished I was a twin when I was growing up. In third grade I swore that I was going to have twins one day. You may be thinking, "That's not THAT weird." It's THAT weird when you want to name them Daniel and Danielle. Really? Well, come to think of it, I also named one of my cabbage patch kids Melinda Miranda Harris. You be the judge on what type of judgement I had as a child. Back to twins, I just think it would be so neat to have someone who is pretty much exactly like me. There's probably a reason, though, that there was only one Jamie Harris put on this Earth.
3. My Blackberry - I know that you're all thinking... "Hey, get with the times." "Get an I-Phone." "Get rid of that dinosaur." Look, I have some strange feeling of loyalty to the Blackberry brand. It's either loyalty or fear of figuring out another brand. I realize it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of an I-Phone, but it does everything that I need it to do. So, here's to you dinosaur blackberry. You're not going anywhere anytime soon!
4. My Friends - I get that everyone says this, and I'm really glad that they get to feel this way about the people in their lives too, but my friends are pretty awesome. I'm not trying to say that they're better than yours, just that they are pretty great. They are each so different, but so much alike. They are genuinely funny and fun to be around. We've all had friends who just drop off the face of the Earth when you need them or talk behind your back when you would never do that to them, but these girls are just not like that. They are great. I'm really lucky to have them.
5.  People Watching - If you don't do this, you should at least give it a whirl. This is one of my favorite things to do. It's relatively easy and can be done pretty much anywhere that people are. Next time you are somewhere, just become aware of who's around you. People will do some crazy stuff when they think no one is looking. I've seen some pretty PG stuff like pulling wedgies, picking teeth, rolling eyes behind a friend's back or men checking out a woman walking by. I've also seen some more bazaar things like a person placing food in another person's seat at a restaurant so they would sit in it. I've actually seen a lady slapping her own butt in public. Moral of the story: if you're going to do something while you think no one is watching, you better make sure I'm not around. :)
Top 5 Dislikes
1. Smelling Milk - I really really like to drink milk, but smelling it is something I absolutely WILL NOT do. I either have to throw it out as soon as it hits the date on the carton, or have a much braver friend or family member do the smell test for me. I'm just scared that it will smell really disgusting and ruin milk drinking for me for life. I can only imagine what spoiled milk must smell like. Woof! And while we're on the subject of smelling things, I also have a fear of smelling anything that anyone asks me to smell. Let's be honest, there are only two reasons that anyone would ask you to smell something. It either smells really good or really bad. I'm not willing to take my chances on it being something nasty, so please keep your smells to yourself. Thanks.
2. Men in Tight Clothing - I'm not sure when this trend came about or why for that matter, but this is just unacceptable. Gentlemen, it is just as important for you to accept your true clothing size as it is for women. Your top is not meant to accentuate your man-breasts. If it was, there would be bras for men and women. If you're not willing to purchase a good support bra, you should not be allowed to sport this trend. It's simply not OK, and that is all I will say on the subject.
3. Barbecue Sauce - This is something that I have disliked for a very long time. I've gotten a whole lot better about it than I used to be, but I'm still a good ways from heading down to Corky's and ordering up the slathered ribs with a side of extra juicy baked beans. I'm not exactly sure if those are accurate BBQ restaurant terms, but I imagine it to be something like that, said in a really redneck voice. My worst nightmare is being forced to eat baked beans. Just thinking about the way they jiggle around in the pan with bacon floating on top makes me want to vomit. I have, however, recently started eating barbecue potato chips. My pro-BBQ friends say that this is not even close to the real deal, but hey, baby steps.
4. Scary Movies - I don't really understand why anyone likes these, but I do know that some people do. Forgive me, but I just have no desire to go sit in a dark theater, living room or wherever just to scare the living crap out myself. Call me crazy, but I'm just not really into extreme anxiety and fear, especially self-inflicted. My idea of a healthy scare is when the music gets a little intense on Law and Order, and that can even push it sometimes. So if you're looking for someone to catch that upcoming "scream bloody murder" flick, I'm just not your gal. Sorry.
5. Facebook Statuses about Farmville, Fishville, Mafia, Etc. - I'll be brief. This is unacceptable and very annoying to your friends. I will hide you from my mini-feed, and in extreme circumstances, I will de-friend you. Period. End of story.
Well that's it for my first Monday Top 10. I hope you enjoyed. My next post will be about some more of my favorite television shows. I think that I will focus on the current seasons of Gossip Girl and Glee.
I love these shows. Hope everyone is having a wonderful Monday, and I will talk with you soon. XOXO

Watch What Happens!

Ok, I'll admit it. I LOVE good television. Well to be honest, I'm not sure "good" is the right word. Hey, it's dang good to me. Mostly, I watch reality TV. I just cannot get enough of the drama from these people. I form opinions on the characters and hold strong to these opinions. I thought that I would do a post on some of my favorite reality shows and my view of the characters and drama.

The E! Shows
Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Pretty Wild & Girls Next Door

Keeping Up With the Kardashians is probably my favorite non-competition reality show out there. I admit that I have an unhealthy obsession with this family. I follow them religiously on Twitter, and I've had dreams where I was the extra member of the family. Khloe is probably my favorite character. I love how she will say ANYTHING. Bruce is so clueless, and Kris just wants to be one of the girls so bad. I would really watch any show that this cast of characters was involved in.
Pretty Wild is one show that I didn't want to start watching, but of course on a bored Saturday afternoon, they suck you in with one of those marathons. The drama on this show is hilarious, and the mom is even more clueless than Bruce. Maybe Andrea and Bruce should get married. I also love that Gabby tries really hard not to turn out as slutty and outrageous as her sisters. Give it up honey, you'll be flashing on national television and robbing celebrities soon enough.
The Girls Next Door (Original Cast Only!) is one show that I cannot get enough of. Do they have DVDs of this? I mean, as much as I did not want to like Holly, Bridget or Kendra, how could I not?? For some reason, they are just so interesting to me. Holly's nice-nasty comments, Bridget's general clueless attitude (maybe she could be Bruce and Andrea's child) and Kendra's just plain stupidity reel me in every time. Sorry, but the new cast just has no appeal to me!

Bravo Shows
The Real Housewives of Everywhere

The Real Housewives of New Jersey are basically the Jersey Shore kids with a little money. My favorite character is Jacqueline. She's so sweet and tries to stick up for what is right. Dina and Caroline are absolutely ridiculous. Dina hides behind Caroline whenever she starts all of her drama, and Caroline has seen one too many episodes of The Sopranos.  Who does she think she is? The Godfather? "When you mess with my family, you mess with me (insert angry snarl on her face)" Ok, who doesn't feel this way. I love and protect my family as much as the next gal, but I don't use that as a threat to people. I can't make up my mind on Teresa. At first, I really liked her. She seems so sweet and cute, but then you see her throwing a table. Really? You're one hair poof and punch in the face from being Snookie Jr. Finally, Danielle. I cannot figure out why, but I really like her. I think it must be because she's not afraid to face Caroline "the muscle" and Dina "the weasel." Who cares what's in her past? If you ask me, Dina and Caroline need to worry more about little Albie, who's lifelong goal is to open a strip club/car wash. Just my opinion, though.
The Real Housewives of Orange County are just plain entertaining. What a cast they've thrown together. I mean there's Tamra, who is delusional about her marriage and looks. Vickie is just plain intense to the point of embarassing. I would be humiliated if my mother got drunk on every episode and yelled, "whoo hoo" to the top of her lungs. I will say that I do respect that she actually has a job that she seems to work hard at. There's something the viewers can relate to. Lynne, sweet clueless Lynne, her daughters are in complete control of her. On a positive note, I will say that I do adore her cuffs. They're super cute! Gretchen is another character that I'm surprised that I like, although she did lose a couple of points when she started dating Slade. He's point blank an absurd, fame-hungry middle-aged man. It's actually sad. If I had to sum it up, I think my favorite thing about this series is how they are so dramatic, but all swear that drama is the one thing they hate the most. It's clear, though, that the one thing they love the most is bejeweled, low-cut clothing.
The Real Housewives of New York are like a car wreck for me. I don't want to watch, but I just can't stop. Ramona is hilarious! Between those crazy eyes and flying of the handle at a moment's notice, the entertainment value is off the charts. Kelly is like a teenager trying to pretend to be an adult. Watching her in an argument is pure enjoyment. Luann, aka "the countess," is delusional. I feel like she wants to be carried around on a throne at all times and have the common people cover their eyes in her presence. She really lost me that time she wanted the limo driver to refer to her as "The Countess" in season one. How does this lady take herself seriously? I didn't really like Alex in season one, mostly because the whole "glued to Simon" thing just weirded me out. Well, Simon is enough to weird anyone out. Never trust a man in red snakeskin pants, just saying. Even though she seems a little more conniving this season, I actually like her better. I'm not sure if it is because she has more scenes sans Simon or if it's that she's against Jill. I'll get to Jill in a minute, but first I want to mention Bethenny. Bethenny is my favorite character, because she seems to be just a girl trying to be successful in love and life. I'm glad she's found Jason, is starting a family and is finally rid of Jill. Jill used her to make herself feel better, which brings me to my LEAST favorite character. Alex was right. Jill is a mean girl. She fights with everyone constantly. Ramona was right. Jill likes the underdog. That's exactly why she's moved on to Luann, who is fresh off of her divorce this season. To end on a positive, I will say that I do like two things about Jill. Her husband and mother do seem like very sweet people!
With all three of these Bravo shows, I do realize this. Without both the people I do and do not like, I wouldn't like the shows. It takes all kinds to make it interesting.

A Quick Mention for MTV
The Hills & The City

The Hills, first let me say, was way better when Lauren was the main character and Heidi was actually a real girl. Now that Lauren is gone away and Heidi has gone plastic, I'm almost glad it's the last season. I've loved this one since the Laguna Beach days. Spencer is gross and doesn't even deserve this short mention. Heidi is brainwashed. I love Lo and Audrina. Those of you who know my current life know that I have a secret thing for Justin Bobby. I'm on the fence with Kristen and Stephanie. In my perfect world, it would just be a show about Lauren and Brody (who's also related to the Kardashians; coincidence, I think not) together forever.
The City is a show that I like but has lost some of it's appeal this season. I love Whitney and Erin, but pretty much hate Olivia. I will say that her fashion sense is pretty great, though.

Well, that's it for this post. Hope you enjoyed a little breakdown of my opinion on some of my favorite reality TV shows. Thanks for reading, and see you soon!

The Bulldogs, Skinny Jeans, Friends and Portland, OR.

The Bulldogs, skinny jeans and my best friends are all things that have surprised me in a good way in the past. I can now add Portland, OR to the list. I had to go to Portland last week for work, and to be honest, I was really dreading it. I thought, "WTH cool happens in Portland, OR???" Well, I was pleasantly surprised by the city. My only complaint was that it was freezing cold. The downtown area was so cool, but my favorite thing by far was the hotel that I stayed in. I cannot say enough about The Nines hotel in Downtown Portland. This hotel sits on top of Macy's and is completely centered around fashion. This is right up my ally. My room had a Tiffany blue velvet chaise lounge with beautiful wallpaper and chandeliers. I was in love to say the least. Here are some pictures from my visit. They are mostly of the hotel.

The sign outside the hotel.

The beautiful bed and wallpaper.

The beautiful chaise lounge and one of the chandeliers.

The toilet had the option of a "half flush" or a "full flush" I was very amused by this!

This was outside of the elevator on my floor.

I wish I had gotten a shot of the lobby... It had dress forms with couture clothes on it. I mean seriously, I die!! Ok, here's one shot of downtown Portland. Hope you enjoy!!
From outside of the hotel window, of course. Hey, I said it was freezing!

First Chair...

I wanted to give a shout out to my cousin, Matt. I went to his band concert a couple of weeks ago, and I don't mean to brag, but he is first chair trumpet. He also won a trumpet scale competition recently. (I'm not too sure what that means, but I hear it's pretty good.) I'm really proud of him. A little info about that part of my family: My Dad has no brothers and sisters, and my Mom only has one sister, E.L. (That's what we call her, anyway.) My Mom and her sister are super-close, so obviously we are close with her too. E.L. has two kids, Kyle and Matt. Kyle is your typical high school school student, just starting to drive, answering questions with one word answers, and interested in all things sports. He's such a good kid and sweet as can be.  Matt is your typical over-achieving middle school student. He wants to be the best at everything. This includes his trumpet playing skills. That's why I'm so proud that he got first chair. Here's some pics from the concert:

This is me with Matt after the concert.

Matt with my Mamaw and Grandaddy. They look pretty good for 80, huh?

Current Obsessions!!

I thought I'd start out by sharing some of the things that I'm currently obsessing over. The first of which most of you already know (or at least you could tell from my header photo) is my favorite in the whole world...

Myers Ginn!
For those of you who don't know, this is my nephew and for now at least, the love of my life. It's so amazing to be an aunt. Myers just turned 1, and I can't tell you how much he has taught me in the past year. He's taught me how amazing kids are. He is absolutely the sweetest little boy in the world with the biggest heart and a smile that melts my heart. He has shown what an amazing mother my sister is. Wow! I don't know how she does it, but she manages to be so great with him all the time. She's really raising such an amazing little man! Here's some pictures of my little monster:

Sitting in a tot-sized rocking chair during a fish fry with my parents.

My Job
I recently had a career change from being an HR Business Partner at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of MS to being the new Rural Projects Assistant at The MS Coalition Against Sexual Assault. I really learned a lot working at Blue Cross, but I wanted to do something new. I have ALWAYS wanted to do something with a non-profit, and this has really been my chance. I know what you're thinking, "sexual assault?? That's kind of a heavy topic??" It is, and so much more. In the short time that I've been here, I have really become passionate about helping the victims and preventing anyone from becoming a victim in the future. Don't be fooled though, it's definitely NOT all serious all the time. I have A LOT of fun getting to speak to kids at schools about dating violence, bullying, Internet safety and more. They say some of the funniest things. I also get to travel a good bit. Since I started, I've already been to Washington, D.C. and San Diego, and I'll be leaving for Portland, OR in the morning. I really hope I continue to love this job as much as I do now. Here's some pictures....

This is me with the snake at French School, while speaking about Bullying.

Attorney General Jim Hood speaking at an End Violence press conference at Pearl High School.

I took a picture with the President Obama cutout at the D.C. airport.

Outside the San Diego Zoo with my boss. That place is absolutely amazing!

Rompers
Ok, this is a random one, but I'm so obsessed with rompers right now! Even though I was told that they look like shorts overalls, I was not deterred from this trend. Really? They are much more fashionable than shorts overalls. You be the judge...

vs.

Ok, they are pretty similar, and honestly I tried to find the most unflattering photo of shorts overalls that I could. I hate to admit it, but there were some of them that actually looked stylish to me. That said, I'm holding strong to rompers.

Ok, that's probably enough for this blog. I'll be back with a blog about my Portland experience when I return. Thanks for reading and enjoy your day!!

My Very First Blog Post

Hello anyone who is reading...

So, I've wanted to do a blog for a while, mostly because I am so OBSESSED with stalking other people's blogs. I love to read about the lives of even those that I do not know. Since I'm not married and have no children, this obviously won't be a blog about about my family and kids. I plan for it to just be some ramblings about current things going on, things that I love right now, and a little about my opinions on certain things. So, I hope everyone enjoys, because I know that I really enjoy reading all of yours. Here goes.......
