Ok... I'm usually not very technically challenged, but for some reason, changing the background on my blog has turned into a fiasco. I'm just trying to upgrade, and I can't seem to figure it out. I didn't have this problem the original time. So, I'm asking if anyone is good at this. If you live close to me and could show me, that would be great. If you don't, I'll be glad to give you my password and let you fix it up for me. Or, if you can just offer any tips in the comments section. Anything would be appreciated!! As you can see below, I'm very confused.
