Dinner Time

Everyone seemed to like the last recipe that I posted, so I thought I would share one of my new favorites. Again, I cannot take full credit for this one. This is one of my friend, Lindsey Gilliland's, recipes that I added a few things to. Here you go.

Chicken Parmesan Pasta
{Again, this is not the actual pasta I made, but it looks a lot like it. I always forget to take pics of the food I make.}

Ingredients
4-6 Chicken Breasts
1-2 Eggs
Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1 Pound Penne Pasta
1 Jar Alfredo Sauce (I use Bertoli Four Cheese)
1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce (I use Paul Newman Sockorooni)
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions
Prehead oven to 350 degrees. Dip chicken breasts in eggs and then coat with bread crumbs. Place chicken on baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. While chicken is baking, cook pasta and drain. Place drained pasta in the bottom of a baking dish and cover with whole jar of alfredo sauce. Remove chicken and place on top of pasta and sauce. Pour whole jar of spaghetti sauce over chicken and pasta, then bake for 20 more minutes. Add parmesan and cover with mozzarella, then put back in the oven for 20 more minutes.

Hope you all enjoy! Happy Hump Day!!
