Dinner Time

I'm back with another recipe. This is one of Justin's favorites and mine for different reasons. He likes it because he likes the taste. I like it because it has 3 of my favorite qualities. It's quick, easy and cheap. Here goes the recipe with a few added pics from cooking.

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
{Again, this is not the actual picture of my finished product, but it looks a lot like it. I did get some actual pics of it along the way, but I didn't end up getting the final product.}

Ingredients
3-4 Chicken Breasts
Olive Oil
Seasoned Salt
Garlic Salt
Lemon Pepper
1 Bag Frozen Broccoli
1 Can Mushrooms (7oz.)
16 Ounces Fettuccine
1 Jar Alfredo Sauce (I used Ragu Cheesy Alfredo-It's the cheapest)
1/4 cup milk
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Butter
Salt

Directions
Cook pasta in boiling water with butter and salt. While pasta is cooking, cut raw chicken into bite sized pieces.
Thinly coat a skillet with olive oil and heat over medium. Add chicken and toss in pan until done while seasoning with Garlic Salt, Seasoned Salt and Lemon Pepper. Once Chicken is cooked, add broccoli and mushrooms and toss until heated through.
Once meat and vegetables are heated through, add Alfredo sauce, milk and sour cream and continue stirring until heated.
Serve Alfredo and chicken mixture over pasta and ENJOY!!!

Have a great weekend, y'all!!
Jamie
