We have a new addiction around our house… Crack Dip and Crack Potatoes!! Let me just tell you, I think I could find any excuse to eat these. They are as addictive as crack. Here are the recipes from a fabulous website, Plain Chicken.
2-16 oz. containers Sour Cream
2-3 oz. bags real bacon bits
2 packets ranch dip mix
1 bag shredded mild cheddar cheese
All you have to do is mix it up and refrigerate for 24 hours. We eat ours with tortilla chips.
All of the ingredients above
1-30 oz bag frozen shredded potatoes
Mix all ingredients above, and then stir in potatoes. Cook on 400 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. Delicious!!
Now, since the dip makes a whole lot, you can half the recipe. Orrrrrr, you could do what I do, and make it up, put some dip in the refrigerator and add potatoes to the rest for crack potatoes. You can also freeze the crack potatoes to make more later. Everyone enjoy, and happy Monday!!
